FishingPromoter puts on the ArkLaTex Fishing Expo and the Sportsman Swap. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a booth, table, sponsorship, or admission.

• Submitting an exhibitor, vendor or sponsor inquiry is a request for information, not a booking. Booth, table and sponsorship terms, pricing, payment and cancellation are set out in the written agreement for each event, and that agreement governs.
• Event dates, venues and lineups shown as tentative or “to be announced” are plans, not commitments. We may change, postpone or cancel any event. If an event is cancelled, our obligations to exhibitors, vendors and sponsors are those stated in their written agreement.
• Attendance at any event is subject to the venue's rules and any rules we post at the event.

4. Email Lists & Communications

By joining one of our email lists you agree to receive emails from FishingPromoter about our expos and swaps and, if you chose the vendor and exhibitor list, about table and booth availability, deadlines and pricing. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at info@fishingpromoter.com.

5. Promotions & Giveaways

From time to time, FishingPromoter.com may offer giveaways, sweepstakes, or other promotions, on this website or at our events. Each promotion may have its own official rules. General terms:

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
